1. Pumpkin Spice Protein Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop 22 Days Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 a cup of Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/4 a teaspoon of Nutmeg
  • Cinnamon, for topping
  • Non-Dairy whip cream (optional)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk 
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate almond butter 
  • 1 scoop 22 Days Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 3 tablespoons vegan graham crackers crumbs, plus more for topping
  • Toasted vegan marshmallows, for toppings

Blend all together, top with toasted marshmallows and graham crackers and enjoy!

4. 5-Min Pumpkin Tahini Soup

 Pumpkin is a delicious, vitamin and fiber-rich vegetable that deserves appreciation, and a place on your plate (or bowl). With this quick, creamy soup, we celebrate PSL season. Paired with wilted kale and whole grain toast, this is a bright, flavorful, and nutritious meal that will satisfy all fall/winter long.

5. Apple Pie Protein Parfait

These are as delicious as they get (seriously, please try it!). The perfect fall morning treat and they taste like dessert but are full of healthy protein and ingredients like chia and oats! 

Serves 2:
Oatmeal mixture ingredients:

Apple mixture:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 apples (cubed)
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter of choice)
  • vegan granola

Directions:

  1. Mix the oatmeal mixture together until smooth, store in the fridge
  2. In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients from the Apple mixture together and cook over medium heat until apples are tender.
  3. Remove the oatmeal from the fridge and serve, top with apples, nut butter, granola, and enjoy!!

6. Roasted Vegetables Over Spiced Quinoa with a Muhammara style dressing
