Lean Green Detox Smoothie Bowl

For once ‘eat your greens’ is going to take on a whole new meaning. This fortifying Lean Green Detox Smoothie Bowl is going to leave you coming back for seconds. It's a delicious, healthy smoothie powerhouse packed with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and nutrients to flush your system, boost your metabolism and cleanse your body. A quick and easy way get your recommended daily intake of fruit and veggies while keeping you satisfied for hours. You can enjoy it on-the-go as a smoothie or in a bowl while you relax and bask in the sun. It’s guaranteed to become your new summer love! 

Ingredients: 

(makes two smoothie bowls)

1 cup of frozen pineapple

1 avocado

1 cup of spinach

1 cup of romaine lettuce

½ cucumber

½ squeezed lemon

1 tablespoon of chopped ginger

1 scoop of 22 Days Nutrition vanilla Plant Power protein powder

1 teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea

1 cup of Califa Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add ice for extra thickness. Garnish with pomegranate, coconut shreds, goji berries, and bee pollen.

Romaine

Light on calories but heavy in nutrients. One handful of Romaine lettuce is 80 per cent of your daily Vitamin A needs. Packed with Vitamin C, K, B, potassium and folate, it gives you bang for buck. Aiding in digestion, weight-loss and it boosts skin, bone and heart health.

Cucumber
