22 Days Nutrition Return Policy
We are pleased to offer the very best plant-based lifestyle solutions. We stand behind our products and services and want you to be satisfied with them. If your purchase is not completely satisfactory, you can return products purchased at the 22 Days Nutrition online store (with the exception of Vegan Meal Delivery meals and the 22 Days Nutrition Meal Planner Program ) within 30 days for a complete refund.

If you have prepaid for the Meal Planner which involves a subscription service, and upon a reasonable request to a 22 Days Nutrition (or Third Party) customer service agent by phone, email or chat, you may be entitled to and receive a prorated refund for the subscription service which you have not used.
Protein Bars & Protein Powders
We offer a 100% guarantee on our bars and protein powders. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products within 30 days for a complete refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with our bars or protein powders purchased from our website, you may return the item(s) for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for items returned in the original form of payment. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase or as a credit to customer account. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must carefully package the product in the same packaging that it was received in, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30-day period. After the 30 days has expired, all sales are final and we will not accept any returns. 22 Days Nutrition reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- You MUST call Customer Service at 800-822-9080 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The Customer Service Representative will provide you with a RMA# authorizing your return and for you to write on the original packing slip.
- Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
- Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
- Write the RMA# provided from Customer Service on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, (USUALLY IN 72 HOURS) WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD OR ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TAXES.
Please Note: 22 Days Nutrition is not able to refund merchandise obtained from a retailer other than the 22 Days Nutrition website. To return products purchased at another store, please return the product to the retailer where it was purchased.

Vegan Meal Delivery
As a perishable fresh food item, meals from the Vegan Meal Delivery cannot be returned once received. We do, however, offer refunds if the request is made at least 9 days before your order is delivered.

Vegan Meal Delivery Return Policy
Once you place your order, our team gets to work on planning out your meals. Because we source locally grown ingredients, we need to start the planning phase 10 days before your order arrives on your doorstep. We place the order for ingredients, receive them, prepare them, cook and seal your meals. We then package and ship your meals out to you. With that in mind, here is some more information on our refund policy:
Cancel 9 or more days before your delivery: If you cancel before our cut-off date (the Wednesday the week before your delivery – 9 days before delivery) we’re happy to refund you the total amount of your order.
Cancel less than 9 days before your delivery: Once it’s past 10 days before your delivery, we cannot cancel, change or refund your order.
Once you’ve received your order, there are no refunds on the meals that you have received.
If there is an issue with delivery, we can file a claim with FedEx on your behalf and ensure that your meals are delivered as soon as possible.
